Please remember that some children that we work with have medical complications for which even a cold may be a very serious illness.
We often have several visits in one day and we do not wish to expose any of the children or families to any illnesses. If you, your child, or any other family member has a cold, the flu or any other contagious illness (chicken pox, pink eye etc.) please call in advance and cancel your home visit.
The Consultants at the Kamloops Infant Development Society are committed to ensuring the health and safety of you and your family. Consultants will call in advance to cancel a home visit when they are ill. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please discuss them with your Consultant.
